Delivery Information

If you have any specific delivery requirements, or restricted access at the property, do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to, for example, no one being available to sign for the delivery, site access restrictions or an incorrect address being given, then there may be an additional charge for redelivery.

Delivery is usually within 2 - 4 business days.

Some items are sent direct from the manufacturer. Therefore a single order of more than one product may arrive separately from different sources. Carriage charges applied at checkout will reflect this and be kept to a minimum where possible. 

Large or bulky orders will be on half or full pallets, and smaller orders by parcel delivery.

Please ensure you or your tradesmen are available to take delivery of your order. All orders should be inspected before being signed for, and damaged goods signed for as ‘damaged’. Photos should be taken as evidence and reported to us within 24 hours.
