3. Prices and Payments

  • Payments are required in advance of shipment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest at the current bank base rate per month.
  • VAT will be applied as per applicable regulations.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is offered between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
  • The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • Responsibility for the Goods transfers to the Buyer upon dispatch.
  • Damages or non-compliance claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring access for delivery vehicles and offloading facilities.
  • Double handling and inappropriate offloading methods must be avoided.
  • If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to, for example, no one being available to sign for the delivery, site access restrictions or an incorrect address being given, then there may be an additional charge for re delivery.

5. Ownership and Risk

  • Ownership of the Goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.
  • Risk transfers to the Buyer upon dispatch.
  • Buyers are responsible for the safekeeping and appropriate storage of Goods.

6. Warranty

  • In the case of Goods not of the Company’s manufacture the Company will pass on to the Buyer any benefits obtainable under any warranty given by the Company’s supplier provided that the Goods have been accepted and paid for.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • In cases of valid claims, liability is limited to the cost of the Goods.
  • The Company accepts no responsibility for advice or information provided by third parties.

8. Modifications and Discontinuations

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust pricing for products and services without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or services for:

  • Illegal activities or purposes.
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Transmitting harmful software or engaging in malicious activity.
  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services for violations.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on the website are owned by or licensed to the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.


12. Refunds and Returns

  • Non-Faulty Returns: Items may be notified to us within 14 days of receipt and returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original packaging and resalable condition.
    • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
    • Exclusions: Custom-made or bespoke items (e.g., tinted paints) and perishable items (e.g. binders, render, mortar and plaster) are non-returnable.
  • Faulty Goods: Must be reported within 14 days. Full refunds or replacements will be provided for valid claims.
  • Buyers are responsible for organising return shipping and paying any costs unless the return results from an error by the Company.

13. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or non-fulfilment caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.


14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Buyer. They supersede prior agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
